• Sale or discounted items (final sale).
• Items not returned in their original condition.

Refund Process:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
• Exchanges are only available for the same product category (e.g., skincare for skincare).

Process:
